SakuAtsu Angst Week

A week of angst dedicated to the slash ship of Sakusa Kiyoomi and Miya Atsumu of the series Haikyuu!!

The objective of this event is to produce more angst content featuring the 2 characters. SakuAtsu Angst Week will take place for 10 days, from March 11th to March 20th. Each day has their own respective prompts.

Reminders

Mods would be implementing a set of guidelines to ensure a better SakuAtsu Angst Week experience. Posts/content that fails to follow would not be accepted. Please understand that this is for the betterment of both consumers and content creators. Thank you!

General Guidelines

  • Use the hashtag #SakuAtsuAngstWeek and tag us! @sktsangstweek21

  • Make sure to put TRIGGER WARNINGS on NSFW content and other themes that may be triggering. Do not censor the word (e.g. tw// tr*gger). Observe proper way to put trigger warnings (e.g. tw // trigger)

  • For NSFW submissions, using privatter or anything similar is advisable and would be highly appreciated. Characters should be depicted as 18+.

  • All works must be original. Plagiarism would not be tolerated.

  • For AO3 writers, tag your fics appropriately for sensitive themes (e.g major character death, explicit sexual content, etc.) Add your fics under the SakuAtsuAngstWeek2021 collection.

  • AO3 fics, fanarts, prompts, thread fics, etc would all be appreciated!

  • Problematic works with problematic themes (e.g. incest, pedophilia, sexualization of minors, etc) would not be accepted. Please keep them to yourselves.

  • Works may be written in any language, not just English! Use whatever language you feel comfortable using.

  • Late submissions are 100% okay! You can also use this opportunity to promote old works!

  • Works may contain fluff and happy endings as long as angst remain as the main driving force of the plot.

  • Use privatter for NSFW contents to avoid minors interacting with it. You may include a SFW preview for your Twitter post.

  • NSFW content submitted by minors would not be accepted. If possible, please put your age in bio.

  • Include proper NSFW tags (e.g. explicit sexual content, rimming, oral sex, etc)

TRIGGER WARNINGS

Trigger warnings can literally be anything that may be physically and/or emotionally triggering for someone. These are commonly related to traumatic experiences. Proper trigger warnings are a must, even if you think it might spoil your work.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I write my work in language other than English?
– Yes! Feel free to write in any language you're most comfortable using.

2. Can I post my entry in other platforms? (e.g. Wattpad, Tumblr, etc.)
– As long as you link them in your Twitter post, then yes! Unless you do, we won't be able to track your work. Be sure to also follow the guidelines.

3. Are angst with happy endings okay?
– Any types of endings are acceptable! But the main focus/theme of your entry should be angst. Remember that the objective is pain!

4. How about fluff?
– There would be no problem with fluff as long as we keep it to the minimum.

5. What kind of angst?
– It doesn't always have to be a relationship-based angst. Angst can also be based on their individual struggles.

6. Can we add/subtract changes from the dialogue prompt?
– Sure! However you would use the prompt is up to you.

7. Do we have to use all prompts provided per day?
– Nope! You can mix and match them however you like. For example tier 1 can be matched with tier 3 or tier 3 with tier 2.
